We help individuals develop the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace. This can include training on professional etiquette, workplace communication, time management, and problem-solving.

We offer support services to address barriers that may hinder employment, such as transportation assistance, childcare, and financial literacy training. These services aim to remove obstacles and create a supportive environment for individuals to succeed in their careers. These services are a part of our wrap-around services to our participants.

We provide individuals with information about current job market trends, in-demand occupations, and potential career pathways. This helps individuals make informed decisions about their training and employment options. 

Through our parent organization, Economic Social Impact Solutions, we support individuals who want to start their businesses. ESIS offers training in business planning, access to financing options, and mentorship to help aspiring entrepreneurs succeed.
