He is a staunch advocate for transparency and accountability in non-profit operations, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources.
With over a decade of experience in human resources and workforce development, Tim is deeply committed to empowering disadvantaged residents in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas to secure lucrative careers. He also places great emphasis on reintegrating a people-centric approach in Human Resources, recognizing the criticality of prioritizing individuals within organizations.
Furthermore, Tim possesses a fervent passion for supporting the growth and development of small businesses, aligning with his economic objectives for disadvantaged communities and individuals. Prior to joining the Nexion Health Organization in Sykesville, Maryland as Accounting Manager where she recently celebrated five years of service, she previously served as Director of Finance and Accounting in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. She also served as Adjunct Business Professor at Strayer University in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee. Her skills include financial competence, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Her charitable interests center primarily on efforts that benefit impoverished individuals, particularly those that seek to better their lives and education. She is passionate about Education and is dedicated to using her expertise to build stronger communities.
Dr. Dawkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University at Montgomery (AL), Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy State University at Montgomery (AL) and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University in Phoenix, AZ. She is also a member of the Baltimore County Chapter of Les Gemmes, Inc. having served as the Chapter Secretary from 2021-2024, Member of the Scholarship Committee, and Current Member of the Health and Technology Committee.

Teneisha Holder is a highly accomplished individual who has recently been appointed as the Vice Chair of Economic Social Impact Solutions/New Hope Career Services. With her impressive background in education and extensive experience, Ms. Holder brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.
Having dedicated six years to urban education in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Florida, Ms. Holder has consistently demonstrated her ability to motivate and inspire students to think independently and critically. She has a remarkable track record of analyzing learning deficits and implementing targeted strategies to bridge identified gaps, resulting in significant improvements in student performance. In addition, she has designed supplemental instruction to ensure students meet curriculum requirements while fostering differentiated learning and skill development.
Ms. Holder is actively involved with the EmpowerED organization, advocating for the teacher's voice and engaging in discussions with the D.C State Board of Education to address local-level issues impacting classroom instruction. Her commitment to empowering educators and improving the education system is truly commendable.
With regards to her education, Ms. Holder holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in Largo, MD. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Howard University in Washington, DC, where she was recognized as a member of the esteemed Phi Theta Kappa honor society.
Currently, Ms. Holder serves as an Adjunct Professor and Academic and Career Success Coach at Florida Memorial University. Her dedication to higher education and her passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students perfectly align with our organization's mission.

Peter J. “Jack “Basso serves as a senior consultant to organizations providing expertise in transportation finance and policy. He specializes in transportation funding and financing as well as support for clients on a variety of other transportation matters.
Prior to his current consulting engagements he served as AASHTO’s Chief Operating Officer and Business Development Director in March of 2001 to February, 2013. In that capacity, he oversaw the management of a sixty million nonprofit organization representing the interests of State Departments of Transportation. He developed new member services, and more aggressively marketed current technical services provided for AASHTO members. Mr. Basso worked closely with Congressional staff and other associations who have mutual interests in Transportation financing issues. He is a nationally recognized expert on transportation finance.
Prior to joining AASHTO, Mr. Basso served as Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs and as Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. Department of Transportation. In that capacity, he oversaw the development of a $60 billion budget and interacted with senior officials, members of Congress, their staff, and key industry officials on a wide variety of transportation matters. Prior to his appointment by President Clinton to this position, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs.
